I Am 52 Years Old...menopausal For About 5 Years. About

I am 52 years old...menopausal for about 5 years. About 2 years ago I experienced some occasional spotting. I had a pap smear which showed positive for hpv and an ultrasound showing a thickened uterine lining and a biopsy that was negative.
Last year we repeated the paper smear...it was normal. Repeated the ultrasound...it was unchanged.
I am again having bleefing...light with sex and orgasm. Is this necessarily cancer?...so scared.
I am overweight and diabetic as well.
