I Am 53 July 2015 Was My Last Period....I Have

I am 53 July 2015 was my last period....I have been experiencing pain cramping and an inflamed feeling in my uterus..it's as though I'm going to start my period but I don't...MRI days I have a 9mm fibroid...and a degenerative lumbar.....help I'm in constant pain ..worse at the end of the day or my Nader/colon are full.....thanks
