I Am 53 And Stopped Menstruating Last Year In Feburuary

I am 53 and stopped menstruating last year in Feburuary 2016.I then bled again for a month and now stopped since June to date.My vagina is Soo dry and I no longer have interest in sex.When I have sex I fee Soo much pain during and after.The pain takes a long time to end.What can I use for dryness and also to have interest.When I am sitting I feel pain in my lower abdomen.2) MY gums have been bleeding since April last year every morning I wake up.My gums are swollen close to where I had 2 teeth pkucked out. I have tried soda and salt,apple cider vinegar still no change what shall I take.My breath is bad now.What shall I take now?
