I Am 53 & At The Stage Of Menopause. Small

I am 53 & at the stage of menopause. Small fibroids have also been detected. After full check up & proper medication bleeding was stopped. But after 4-5 months from yesterday onwards I am suffering with bleeding. As suggested earlier, I had one Trenexa 500 yesterday, but flow is same now today morning I've taken one more tablet. I am suffering from pain in the lower abdomen. Pl. suggest what to do ....
