I Am 53 Now And Has Stopped With My Periods

I am 53 now and has stopped with my periods feb 2015.Starting bleeding after a year. Booked a gyne appointment to check. Found a cyst on left ovary. She prescribed Femostan conti but I definitely do not want to gain more weight as I am already 7kg over my normal weight of all the years. Also not very keen on HRT. What else would you advise
