I Am 53 Years Old And Just Divorced. I Have

I am 53 years old and just divorced. I have never gotten a woman pregnant. Nor do I want to. But I would prefer to not wear condom with person I am in relationship with.
Semen Analysis results today show following:
7.8 Semen Volume
6 Concentration
Morphology Normal - 1
Morphology Abnormal - 99
Progressive Motility - 4
Total Sperm - 45
Total Motile - 2

Are these numbers low enough that I should not worry about having a vasectomy?
