I Am 53 Years Old Male. Please Explain My Angiography

I am 53 years old male.
Please explain my angiography report in simple english, as a layman can understand his condition.
Angiography report is as under

A.O. Pressure

Left Main Stem: Ecstatic bifurcating vessel.

Left Anterior Descending: Ecstatic vessel with long severe diffuse disease with subtotal mid occlusion.

Circumflex: Dominant ecstatic vessel. OM1 : Ostia 90% mid stenosis. LPDA: Distal diffuse disease.
Right Coronary: Non dominant, small caliber vessel with 90% stenosis.
LV gram: Not done.
Impression: Triple vessel disease.
