I Am 53 Yr Woman. Had Thought I Was In

I am 53 yr woman. Had thought I was in at least peri menopause but bleeding irregularly. My OB checked and found I have a somewhat thick uterine lining and an ovarian cyst that she believes to be going to resolve itself. But estrogen levels very high and seems to indicate no where near menopause. I went up to 7months no menses then started again here and there. Just had endometrial biopsy.
What do you think. Seems to me something wrong
