I Am 53 Yr.old Male. I Went For Annual Health

I am 53 yr.old male. I went for annual health check up TMT test. The result is mild positive. In 2014 also the TMT result was mild positive. In 2013 it was negative. Further my Triglyceride level is 311, HDL 33 and LDL 100 and blood pressure 140 / 84. I do not have any other ailment or disease except seasonal allergy Asthamatic Feb-March every year. I walk every day 30 minutes and excercise 15 minutes in the morning since 30 years. Father has hytertension since 1985, he is 86 now. What further test or medicine if any are required ? kindly advise.
