I Am 53 Yrs. Old. Recently Started Having Many Different

I am 53 yrs. old. Recently started having many different kinds of chest pain and sometimes sharp pain when inhaling to take a deep breath. Also very painful feeling in chest like a huge bubble is working its way through chest area and sometimes up into my throat. Feeling heart palpitations more frequently over last week or so. Also once or twice had pain on side of neck i've never experienced. Also insomnia is getting worse but am told that could be part of menopause symptoms I also have and/or much stress over last 2 years. Do I have reason for concern?
