I Am 54 I Feel Like I'm Freezing! Its 85

I am 54 I feel like I'm freezing! Its 85 degrees out and getting goose bumps! Can't enjoy the warm weather cause I'm cold all the time! It's humid out also! I took my blood pressure and it was 107/62 Not sure whats going on. Also have had a bad case of heartburn for about 3 months and Never had it before
