I Am 54, Smoker, Drinker With What Appears To Be

I am 54, Smoker, drinker with what appears to be a bite on the top of my left hip. I have suffered from this kind of bite before. It is large red with peeling skin on top very swollen, painful with a small blister off center. It has been there for 4 days and I have noticed that my heart is skipping a beat every 4 - 12 or more beats. I have a low grade fever, aches with diarrhea, eyes are watering with thick discharge that mats when I am asleep. What do you think? Thank You.
