I Am 54 This Month. Peri Menopausal, No Periods For

I am 54 this month. Peri menopausal, no periods for a least 5 yrs. Recently brown discharge, slight blood. From early october intermittently. Also have feeling of hot liquid running thrugh my veins on right side only, mainly in groin area. No pain just a very weird sensation as it runs through. Feels like ive spilt a hot drink in my lap. Dont know if they are connected. Im not on any medication. Bit overweight around 13 stone, 5ft.
