I Am 54 With Severe Lower Back That Makes It

I am 54 with severe lower back that makes it difficicult to move some days. I have started to have loss of control of my bladder out of the blue. Not Hughes. But enough to wear a pad. The pain is pretty extreme. But I do get up and babysit grandchildren. And do housecleaning. No driving. I can't do that yet. Any help.
