I Am 54 Y/o Female. I Had A Bladder TVST

I am 54 y/o female. I had a bladder TVST done 3 years ago. The urologist made an incision on each side of the groin I guess to help place the sling under the ureter. Now after I sit for 20-30 minutes I can barely walk for the first few moments and is quite painful. Do you think this is due to that or just plain old Arthritis. I also have been experiencing menstrual like cramps, mild, intermittently for last month or so???
