I Am 54 Years Old. 72" 268lbs, Back Problems Prevent

I am 54 years old. 72" 268lbs, back problems prevent exercise, always hungry. Gained 50lbs in last year. VA does not prescribe diet meds. My health is getting worse because of my weight. This weight is worse that the side effects of Didrex. Not a drug seeker, just need to get this weight off. How do I get a 3-60 supply?
