I Am 54 Years Old. Dx'd With Menopause Aprox 1

I am 54 years old. Dx'd with menopause aprox 1 year ago (fsh 1 yr ago= 82). Taking dilantin 300 mg po q hs, since age 17 yrs. progesterone tablet 2.5 mg 1 po q hs, x 1 year, chlorazepate 7.5 1 tab po q hs since age 50, Doxepin 25 mg 2 po q hs since age 30ish, Esgrogen injection monthly x 1 year. I believe since the onset of peri-menopause, I have been having episodes of some sort of rapid change in bp that causes a strange feeling of momentary mental confusion, anxiety, and heart palpations. I've been to cardiologist, and GP. I've tried to corrolate these episodes with certain activities or conditions. They seem to happen on weekends when I am off my regular work schedule ie sleeping later, or not eating at a routine time. I used to fear they were pre-seizure auras as I had seizures as a teenager until going on dilantin. The only thing that I know that can sometimes bring them on is a very hot shower. I've learned to slowly reduce water temp before exiting shower. These episodes do not last long, only seconds. Usually no more than 30 seconds, but leave me feeling very anxious. These episodes also happen when I exercise aerobically, as in fast walking or jogging, but do not last very long during. Any clues? no one else seems to be able too tell me what they are. I am fearful that they may be a TIA, or pre cursor to TIA
