I Am 54 Years Old. I Had A Single Acne

I am 54 years old. I had a single acne blemish on my forehead for about 3-4 weeks and was at a skin spa when I discussed it with the plastic surgeon there. He injected kenalog into the blemish. It healed within a week but now I have a dent in my forehead?? Will it go away?
