I Am 54 Years Old And Have Been Menopausal For

I am 54 years old and have been menopausal for a couple years. My period seems to be increasing instead of decreasing in terms of heaviness, frequencies and length. Currently I am on day 12 of bleeding with heavy clotting off and on. Should I be concerned and is there anything to help the situation?
