I Am 54 Y.o. I Have Been Shoveling Dirt Today

I am 54 y.o. I have been shoveling dirt today and felt fine. But I just bent over to clean my cupboards and when I stood up (or tried to) I had sharp pain below my right rib and it radiated to my side/back (not the middle of my back). It is inside--doesn't feel like muscle pain. I can't stand up straight--too much pain.
