I Am 54 Yrs Old. I Fell 5 Days Ago

I am 54 yrs old. I fell 5 days ago forward onto my face and hit the right side of my forehead. I fell onto a steel ladder and only fell my height which is 5 1. Have had nausea without vomiting and dizziness especially today headache and just generalized pain where I hit the rest of my body. Fell flat. Do I need to do anything.
