I Am 54yo, 5ft7in Weight Approx. 300#. Was Recently Diagnosed

I am 54yo, 5ft7in weight approx. 300#. Was recently diagnosed by mammogram,ultrasound and stereotactic biopsy of a intraductal papilloma of the left breast. Had a lumpectomy of the right breast 20+ years ago. Strong family history of breast ca with several being HER2 positive. What kind of surgery can I expect? How much down time? My job requires a substantial amount of heavy lifting
