I Am 55 5'10 190 Ppounds I Had A Hernia

I am 55 5'10 190 ppounds I had a hernia repair surgery June 2015 and the right testicle was up high and puling. It has shrunk and an Ultrasound done March 16, 2016 showed no blood flow to right testicle (left one ok). There is pain in the area and nausea. with no blood flow can this turn to caner? My doctor is on vacation
