I Am 55, And Have Slight Chest Infection With Yellow/green

I am 55, and have slight chest infection with yellow/green sputum, and some sinus discomfort, although the sinuses do not appear to be blocked. I am not able to take Flucloxacillin, which left me with jaundice when prescribed a few years ago. I realise that there are different types of antibiotic - would it be safe for me to take Ciprafloxacin for my chest infection?
