I Am 55 Gave Birth To 3 Children . All

I am 55 gave birth to 3 children . All normal natural deliveries. I was diagnosed with prolapse app. 4-5 years ago. Did not require surgery at time! It has progressed! About to fall out! Have low back pain all time now! Do not want a mesh sling ! From what I know they cause more trouble than do good! My mother had the same! She had the surgery!!! It was disastrous!! After the surgery she had more problems than before! suggestions, opinion??? Thank you!!
