I Am 55 Y/o Female With Diabetes. I Have Been

I am 55 y/o female with diabetes. I have been noticing bumps on my vulva. Some of them are small, hard bumps that are not really bothersome. I think maybe those are just natural due to aging and menopause. Some are swollen, painful, red, and draining blood and/or pus. I am not sexually active and have not been for a few years, now. Should I be overly concerned or, could they be a result of year overgrowth?
