I Am 55 Year Old Female And Have Extreme Fatigue,

I am 55 year old female and have extreme fatigue, joint stiffness, acid reflux, sleep apnea. I have been tested for the major allergies by skin test and by blood test and no allergies were found. I'm always dog tired and some of my joints hurt. I currently take prescription strength vitamin D and a monthly B-12 injection. What else can I do?
