I Am 55 Year Sugar Patient Since Last 6 Years

I am 55 year sugar patient since last 6 years and was controlling sugar by taking glimi save 2, two or three times in a day as required my, FBS remains near 140 and PP2BS 230 and since last 15 days it increased to FBS 190, PP2BS 280 ,
Doctor change the medicines to carryl 60 three time a day but results remains same then he doubled the dose which resulted vary high dryness and sore irritable spots along side of tongue and throat, then I consulted other MD physician who refer piopod 15 in morning vozuca .3 and glimipirex 4in afternoon , night in addition to that he prescribed Nexito 5and epitril.5, I want to know about PIOPOD 15 as I heard that it was banned please advise
