I Am 55 Years Old. Sugar Not Checked. Bp Under

I am 55 years old. Sugar not checked. Bp under control. Daily using Stamlo Beta tablet for BP control.

While walking I feel pain in upper portion of heart. Same problem while climbing steps of one floor or more. Previously I am very fit for walking or climbing steps.

What are the possible causes of the problem. Pl guide me Sir.
