I Am 55 Years Old And Was Diagnosed With Ovarian

I am 55 years old and was diagnosed with ovarian cancer last year I had a procedure done to remove the fluid from between my lungs and chest wall they are now wanting to repair the actual wall around my lung so the fliulds unable to return what would that consist of ? Thanks
