I Am 55 Yr Old Female. I Have Not Had

I am 55 yr old female. I have not had a period since age 50. I assumed I went through menopause, but had very suttle symptoms. I thought this is great. No hot flashes or night sweats. But for the last four days I haven't felt good. My skin is clammy, I'm very irritable, and I have been having twitching pains where my overies are. Could I just now be going through the change even if I have not had a period since age 50?
