I Am 55 Yrs Old And Have Been Suffering With

I am 55 yrs old and have been suffering with electrical shock pain in my left chest for over a year now. It starts around my left nipple and radiates outward a bit. I also have neuralgia problems and C-2 thru C-7 are not to good. I guess herneated?? Any way, took a bunch of heart tests nothing. One thing though I never get them when I am asleep and they are gone completely after a nights sleep or nap. This makes me thing bad nerves. What do you think?
