I Am 56 And Two Years Post Menopause. My Pap

I am 56 and two years post menopause. My pap just came back normal. I have a slight pink tinge on the toilet paper after wiping following urinating and some lower back cramps. This happens maybe twice a year.My gyne said that my uterine lining is thicker than normal and I have had three internal ultrasounds which is how we found out about the lining thickness. Should I be concerned?
