I Am 56 Years Old It's Almost A Year And

I am 56 years old It's almost a year and half passed I had periods but in between I experienced light brown liiqued on my Trowzer some times I took it lightly because whenever l checked with tissue there used to be no blood signs but yesterday I had this brown discharge and when I checked with tissue it was a yellow discharge with fine streak of blood today it is gone please guide me
