I am 56 years old. No problem with menopause no tablets taken. Had fibroid as big as grapefruit 11 yrs ago. Had embolisation. Suffer pain and bloating and feel like bladder full. Even when empty. No uti.Had ultrasound today.I have Hypoechoic lesion 47 x 35 of 47x35 on uterus fundus. Ovaries are ok. What treatment would you advise. Thankyou
