I Am 56 Years Old And Had A Total Hip

I am 56 years old and had a total hip replacement a little over three months ago. Since the surgery my hair has become extremely oily. I used to go 4 days without my hair looking terrible, but now within 24 hours it is oily and the next morning it will almost looks wet. Can you tell me what is going on?
