I Am 56and Have Had 2 Hip Replacements, Left And

I am 56and have had 2 hip replacements, left and right. I have been doing great until tonight. Over 1 yr since last hip was done. I have sicatic nerve pain so bad I can't walk or move at all with excruciating pain. I have tried a warm shower, I can't lay down or lift my right leg. I don't know what to do, it's almost 12am. I have tried biofreeze cold and heat. Nothing seems to help
