I Am 56yr Old Immunosuppressed Female Recently Recovered From Sepsis

I am 56yr old immunosuppressed female recently recovered from sepsis following a bout of cellulitis. I developed an infection caused by c.diff and was put on flagyl as treatment. Should other family members hae stool tests in case I have infected them? And should I repeat my stool tests at the end of the course of Flagyl to be sure it has gone? I get concerned when I have GI symptoms because I have Crohn's Disease in addition to two other auto-immune illnesses.
