I Am 57 Years Old. I Have A Moderate Case

I am 57 years old. I have a moderate case of pectus excavatum. I was diagnosed with afib about 13 months ago. Ten days ago i had heart ablation and now i am in aflutter. The DR is now planning to do cardio inversion in 2 days. Are these the correct steps? Will i continue to have issues until PE is corrected?
