I Am 57 Years Old, Female. I Have Epilepsy. Suffer

I am 57 years old, female. I have epilepsy. Suffer from off balance-dizziness. At times walk fine to what I call attacks where I have lost motor skills, blurred vision. I go to the National Balance and Dizzy Clinic which has helped to a certain degree however experience "attacks" that have made me weak, blurred vision and unable to function. I have seen my neurologist, had an MRI and EEG which shows signs of possible stroke. I have approximately 3 grand mal seizure per month with also have unknown amount of petit mal seizures in addition to the others. What's next?
