I Am 57 Years Old, Have RA And Am Taking

I am 57 years old, have RA and am taking plaquenil daily (1 1/2 tabs) and methotrexate injections 1x weekly (80 units)
i am often light headed, have headaches, diarrhea especially for 2-3 days after injection, and really bad fatigue as well as mood swings, which is very uncharacteristic for me. my Dr wants me to stay on both these drugs but I feel it is not helping RA and the side effects outweigh any benefits. what are your thoughts?
Thank you
