I Am 57 Yrs Old And Post Menopausal. I Have

I am 57 yrs old and post menopausal. I have a hx of 2 large uterine fibroids that have been asymptomatic. 2 days ago, after intercourse I experienced a thick, light brown discharge that has started to slowly disappear now. I do have a slight full feeling, mild discomfort in my lower abdomen. I can't see my Dr for another 4 weeks. Should I be concerned enough to go somewhere elsez?
