I Am 58, Female With Newly Discovered CAD. Family Fx

I am 58, female with newly discovered CAD. Family Fx of CAD from both parents. In April 2014 2 metronics stents were placed in the LAD. RCA is 50-70% blocked with non calcified plaque. Otherwise, EF is normal, LVF, normal (no damage to the LV wall) No valvular disease indicated on recent Echo. I changed my diet as best I can, exercise 4-5 times per week (at the gym) Currently, I'm not symptomatic, i.e. no shortness of breath, syncope, chest pain, jaw/ arm or back pain. I'm told I'm young for this disease and that I inherited bad genes from my parents. What can I expect in terms of lifespan?
