I Am 58, Had A Hysterectomy 8 Yrs Ago. Kept

I am 58, had a hysterectomy 8 yrs ago. Kept my ovaries. The last four days I have had pretty severe pain in my left lower groin area (not much above). Also pain in left pubic bone area. Difficulty walking due to pain and when first started four days ago - rectum pain. Had to crawl to avoid pressure on rectum. Not constipated, no fever, no bloating that I notice.
