I Am 58 Years Old And I Am Having A

I am 58 years old and I am having a mild discomfort during ejaculation on my right side below the kidney. I had a recent PSA and digital exam. I do have an enlarged prostate and frequent night-time urination. I feel like there is a mild discomfort that is more constant from that area. I have a history of kidney stones and lower back issues that mimic some of what I am feeling. This feels like something else.
