I Am 58 Yrs Indian Male Known Hypertensive For Last
I am 58 yrs Indian Male known hypertensive for last 12 years, controlled with Losartan 50 mg once and Metoprolol 25 mg once daily (B.P. 120/80 to 130/90 mm Hg).
6 months back my Investigations shows: Blood Sugar Fasting 124 mg/dl, Blood Sugar PP 190 mg/dl, HbA1c 6.2.
Lipid profile within normal range except Serum Trigliceride 275.
3 days back my blood sugar Fasting 124, Blood Sugar PP 184, HbA1c 6.6, Serum Trigliceride 250
All other investgations like Urea, Creatinine, Electrolytes, ECG are within normal limits.
I have a strong family history of Hypertention, Diabetes and Heart disease.
Any further advice on Medication or Investgation ?
