I Am 58 Yrs Old, Just Of Late I Have

I am 58 yrs old, just of late I have been occasionally feeling a pins & needles and a sort of numbness in the side of my face ears & neck , it's not painful but weird & sometimes after it goes I have like a tension headache, it has happened 2/3 times now and always in the afternoon
