I am 59 and have diabetes and high blood pressure. This is what I am experiencing: severe bloating and what looks like weight gain (even though there is no change in weight) around my abdomen. The bloating makes me look between 6-8 months pregnant. Pin pricking sensation under my navel, then moved to the left of my navel. Skin on flanks near lower abdomen is sensitive to touch. Sharp, quick pain through various parts of my body. What could cause all this?
