I Am 59 And Pre-diabetic. I Feel A Warmth On

I am 59 and pre-diabetic. I feel a warmth on my right bicep and under right breast (no redness or rash). Recent blood tests show nothing abnormal and doctor says no signs of blood clotting. The warmth is a little concerning though. Could it be Cellulitis or mild edema? Or anything serious?
