I Am 59 Female I Was Taking A Shower This

I am 59 female I was taking a shower this morning when finished bent over to put a towel on my head at that point I became severly dizzy hit my front of my head on bathtub tried getting up blacked out hit the back of my head left shoulder left hip back bone. What's wrong with me
